Dozens Indonesian fans of Lady Gaga, better known as “Little Monsters”, successfully performed a flash mob dance in Jakarta to support their idol amid the singer’s concert cancellation.
Wearing outrageous outfits, inspired by Gaga’s over-the-top fashion style, the fans flocked to the main lobby of EX Mall in Jakarta to perform a spontaneous dance routine dedicated to their idol.
Initially, the flash mob was meant to symbolize their support for Gaga’s concert, which, before the singer’s management officially called it off, was still in limbo amid backlash from the country’s hard liner groups.
However, as news broke that the pop star had pulled out of her June 3 concert, the flash mob’s coordinator, 19-year-old Simon Sibarani, said that “the show must go on”.
“We will still upload a video of the dance to YouTube to express our support, although it feels a little bit bitter now amid the sudden cancellation,” Simon told The Jakarta Post.
GOOSEBUMPS. Best fanbase EVER. Lady GaGa needs to see this!!!
